I always choose this place for my stay. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, kitchen, pool, flat-screen TV. The staff helped me with suitcases on my first stay. Coming back for a city trip. No regrets.

clean rooms - changed sheets and towels everyday. Great location - only a 15 min taxi ride to turistic city center. Got a real feel for the local area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - even assisting with a hospital visit.

We had the most amazing time at this hidden gem in Cartagena! Casa Torices Real 12 offers a soulful experience with its beautifully decorated and well-maintained property. the hostel has everything a backpacker needs, from convenient amenities like wifi and a fully equipped kitchen, to comfortable spaces like the sofa & TV room and hammocks. the owner even provided us with a safety map of the neighborhood and gave us detailed directions to the center using public transport. Our room was cleaned daily, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe.

We had a great stay at Casa Torices! the hostel may not be in the closest or safest neighborhood, but it is still safe and easily accessible to the city center by taxi. the hostel itself is new and has comfortable beds, with a lovely common area where we enjoyed the company of their friendly cat and dog. the standout feature of Casa Torices is definitely the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, arranging everything for us and always finding the best options. It's no wonder they have been recognized for their kindness!
